1. About these terms

This website is operated by Sadvora Recruitment & Talent Advisory (“Sadvora”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to everyone who visits the site, registers as a candidate, applies for a role, or submits an employer enquiry.

2. What Sadvora does — and what it does not promise

Sadvora is a recruitment and talent advisory company. We introduce candidates to employers and employers to candidates, and we provide related advisory services.

Registering, applying, submitting an enquiry, or speaking to the Sadvora Assistant does not guarantee an interview, a job offer, a placement, or any particular outcome or timeline. We will never describe it as such. Any decision to interview, hire or reject is made by the employer, not by us.

3. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate and up-to-date information about yourself or your organisation.
• Only upload documents you have the right to share.
• Do not use the site to harass anyone, submit unlawful content, or attempt to breach our security.
• Do not upload anything containing special-category data you would not want processed.
• Keep any account or conversation reference details safe.

4. Content you submit

You keep ownership of the information and documents you submit. By submitting them, you give us permission to store and process them in order to help you — as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not share your details with an employer without your explicit go-ahead.

5. The Sadvora Assistant

The assistant is an advisory tool. It may be a generative AI model or a knowledge-base helper depending on how the site is configured. It can be wrong, and it is not a recruiter: it does not make hiring decisions, and its answers are not an offer of work or a statement of fact about any employer. Always confirm important details with a human consultant.

6. Vacancies and information

We aim to keep vacancy listings accurate and current, but roles can be filled or withdrawn without notice. Descriptions, salary ranges and requirements are supplied by the hiring organisation and may change. We do not create or publish vacancies that do not exist.

7. Fees

Candidate registration and applications are free. For employers, any fees are agreed in writing before work begins; nothing on this website creates a fee obligation on its own.

8. Intellectual property

The Sadvora name, logo, illustrations and the content of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, adapt or redistribute them without our written consent, except for normal browsing and sharing of links.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the site available and secure, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, from reliance on assistant responses, or from an employment outcome. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Ending access

We may suspend or remove access to the site or the administrative area where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or the service is being misused.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time of your use is the one that applies.
