Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Sadvora Recruitment & Talent Advisory collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We have written it to be read, not skimmed.

A note before you read on

This is a good-faith, plain-language policy suitable for a new consultancy. It is not legal advice. Before you launch publicly, have it reviewed against the law that applies to you — for example India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and, if you serve EU/UK users, the GDPR.

1. Who we are

Sadvora is a recruitment and talent advisory company. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “Sadvora” refer to Sadvora Recruitment & Talent Advisory. You can reach us at hello@sadvora.com.

2. What we collect

  • If you register as a candidate or apply to a role: your name, email address, phone number, location, experience level, education, preferred roles, an optional LinkedIn URL, an optional cover note, and any resume you upload.
  • If you submit an employer enquiry: company name, contact person, business email, phone number, hiring role, location, experience requirements, expected salary range, number of openings and any description you provide.
  • If you use the Sadvora Assistant: the messages you send, the session identifier, and — if you choose to share them and consent — your name, email and phone number.
  • If you contact us or use the site generally: your message, and limited technical information such as IP address and browser type, used for security and rate limiting.

We do not collect more than we need, and we do not ask for special-category data (for example health or biometric information). Please do not include it in free-text fields or uploads.

3. Why we use it

  • To consider you for roles, and to introduce you to employers where there is a likely fit.
  • To respond to employer requirements and run the search you have asked for.
  • To answer your questions and provide candidate or employer support.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and meet our legal obligations.

Where the law requires it, we rely on your consent for processing. You give that consent when you tick the relevant box on a form, and you can withdraw it at any time.

4. What we will never do

  • We will not share your details with an employer or third party without your go-ahead.
  • We will not sell your personal information.
  • We will not promise, or imply, that contacting us guarantees work.

5. How we store and protect it

Your data is stored in our database, and uploaded documents are held in private storage. Uploaded resumes are never published as public URLs: they can only be retrieved by an authenticated Sadvora administrator through an authorisation-checked route. We limit uploads to accepted document types and a maximum file size, and we keep access controls on the administrative dashboard.

6. How long we keep it

We keep candidate and employer records for as long as needed to help with your enquiry or search, and then for a reasonable period afterwards in case a suitable role comes up. You can ask us to delete your record at any time and we will do so, unless we are required to keep it by law.

7. The Sadvora Assistant and third-party AI

The Sadvora Assistant can run in two modes. When no AI provider is configured, it answers only from Sadvora’s approved knowledge base and does not send your message to any third party. When an AI provider is configured, your message and relevant conversation history are sent to that provider so it can generate a reply. The provider is configured by us through server-side credentials, and your API keys are never exposed to the browser. The assistant will not save your contact details unless you explicitly consent.

8. Your rights

  • Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete your information.
  • Withdraw consent for processing you previously agreed to.
  • Ask us to stop contacting you.

To exercise any of these, email hello@sadvora.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

9. Cookies and local storage

The public site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser’s local storage to remember your assistant conversation session so it survives a page refresh, and a strictly-necessary cookie to keep administrators signed in to the dashboard. You can clear both at any time from your browser settings.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date below. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.

Last updated: 15 October 2026.
